Monster Omelete

Ingriedients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • onions
  • green onions
  • mushrooms
  • fire roasted tomatoes
  • rotel
  • bell pepper
  • cheese
  • ham
  • bacon
  • spinach
  • tsp milk
  • butter
Directions:

Chop up onions, green onions, mushrooms, and spinach. (just as much as you like, there is no right amount)
Saute in a small skillet with melted butter.
Set aside.
Cook bacon.
Set aside.
Scramble eggs then add everything else.
Put in skillet.
Cook five minutes on each side or until golden.
Can top with rotel.
Serve and Enjoy!(:

Double Dipped Chicken Tenders

Ingriedients:
  • Three Chicken Breasts (boneless skinless) cut into medium sized strips
  • Two Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Dale's Marinade
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • Flour
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Season All  (or whatever seasoning you prefer)
Directions:

Heat vegetable or peanut oil in a medium sized skillet on medium to hot heat.
Mix eggs, milk, italian dressing, dales, melted butter, and seasonings in a small bowl.
Dip chicken strips one by one in the bowl.
Then dip into the flour.
Repeat.
When the chicken is fully coated drop into the skillet and fry until golden brown.
Cut open the thickest one to make sure it's fully cooked.
Serve and Enjoy!
