Monster Omelete

Ingriedients:

• 4 large eggs
• onions
• green onions
• mushrooms
• fire roasted tomatoes
• rotel
• bell pepper
• cheese
• ham
• bacon
• spinach
• tsp milk
• butter

Directions:

Chop up onions, green onions, mushrooms, and spinach. (just as much as you like, there is no right amount)
Saute in a small skillet with melted butter.
Set aside.
Cook bacon.
Set aside.
Scramble eggs then add everything else.
Put in skillet.
Cook five minutes on each side or until golden.
Can top with rotel.
Serve and Enjoy!(:
